AAS with I4.0 language – proactive AAS Type 3

One of the innovative characteristic of I4.0 systems are I4.0 components, which have a certain autonomy and make decisions or optimisations independently. Then it is not necessary to manipulate individual data via the AAS interface, but the AASs are able to interchange messages which are based on the I4.0 language. This implicates that they are active by itself and speak to other AASs. Therefore they are named as "proactive AAS".
